Privacy Policy

Your home, your name and your number stay with us. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

Freedom Exterior is a brand of Freedom Washers USA LLC, a Florida company (“Freedom Exterior,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers freedomexterior.com, including our client pages, and the calls, texts and emails that follow from it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you request an assessment, apply for a job or send a request from your client page, we receive what you type in: your name, email, phone number, the property address, and any notes you add. Job applications also include your experience and anything else you choose to share.

Your client page. If you are a client, your private page holds information about your home and our work there: visit dates, photographs, recommendations, your plan and billing status, and documents. To keep it private, the page asks for a passcode. We record when your page is opened, which sections are viewed, and the choices you make there, such as approving a repair, so we can follow up and keep the page useful.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

Site analytics. We use our hosting provider’s privacy-friendly analytics, which uses no cookies, to count visits and see which pages are read. When you request an assessment, the form also tells us the first page you visited on our site and the website that sent you there, so we know how people find us.

Payments. When you pay an invoice online, you pay through our payment processor’s secure page. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Freedom Exterior may call or text you about your request, your visits and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information, including your phone number and your consent to receive texts, is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business: website hosting, form delivery, scheduling and client management, phone and text messaging, photo documentation, email, and payment processing. They receive only what they need to do that work for us, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Photographs of your home

We photograph the exterior of every home we care for, before and after each visit. Those photographs are part of your home’s record. We may also show some of them on this website or in our materials, but never with your name or street address. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will keep your photographs private.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, such as the one that remembers you entered your passcode so your client page stays open for a short time. We do not use advertising cookies. Pages that include a video or our fonts load them from the providers that host them, and those providers may log your visit under their own policies. Your browser may send a “Do Not Track” signal; because we do not track you across other websites, there is nothing for it to turn off.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as you are a client, or as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, and longer only where the law or our records require it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email or text us and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them.

Keeping it safe

We use secure connections, passcode protection on client pages, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and if something ever went wrong that affected your information, we would tell you.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
