These terms cover your use of freedomexterior.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

The site is operated by Freedom Washers USA LLC, a Florida company doing business as Freedom Exterior (“Freedom Exterior,” “we,” “us”).

Our services

This site describes the exterior home care we offer and lets you request an assessment. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform work at a particular price. Our work for you is governed by the quote, proposal or membership agreement you accept, along with anything attached to it. If those documents and these terms ever differ, those documents control.

Descriptions, photographs and results shown on the site are examples from homes we care for. Every home is different, and results depend on the materials, age and condition of each surface.

Requests and communications

When you submit a form, please give us accurate information. By sharing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, your visits and your account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Client pages

If you are a client, you may have a private page on this site, protected by a passcode. Please keep your passcode to your household. Information on your page, such as visit dates, recommendations and billing status, is provided for convenience. Your agreement and invoices are the official record, and any request or approval you send through the page is confirmed with you before work is scheduled or billed.

Payments made through links on the site are processed by our payment provider under its own terms.

Photographs

We photograph the exterior of homes we care for as part of our record. We may use some of those photographs on this site and in our materials, never with a client’s name or street address. A client can ask us not to, and we will honor it.

Our content

The text, photographs, video, design and the Freedom Exterior name and mark on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and share pages for personal use. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, including trying to access client pages or areas that are not yours, interfering with how the site works, or submitting false information.

Links to other sites

The site may link to services run by others, such as video hosting or payment pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Freedom Exterior is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This does not limit any rights you have under your service agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Duval County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its effective date.
