Walk the home with the owners, see what it needs, and present a plan built around the house and how they live in it.
Referrals from members, their neighbors, and the people who already care for these homes. You build relationships, not lists.
Send the proposal, follow up at the right pace, and welcome a family into the membership.
Check in between visits, handle renewals, and set up the extra work members ask for.
Base pay plus commission on every membership you sign. As the membership grows, so does your income. We go over the numbers at the interview.
Retirement plan with a 4% company match: you put in 4% and we add 4% to your 401k.
Commission means some months are bigger than others. You will hear no more often than yes, especially at first.
