An estate has more exterior than most homes have rooms: roofs, walls, wide glass, stone, ipe, ironwork, a long driveway, a pool deck, an outdoor kitchen, a dock. Freedom Exterior keeps all of it on one schedule, with one team and one record, so the estate is always ready for the life it holds.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Do you work with estate managers and house managers?
Yes. Every visit is photographed, so the owner and whoever runs the house see the same record.
How many visits does an estate need?
Most homes are well served by four visits a year. Some estates want more. Kalen sets it at the assessment.
