Our members do none of that. Freedom Exterior manages the outside of the home, every surface, every season, with one team, one record and one person to call.

Because we see the house every season, we find what needs fixing while it is small, tell you, and take care of it the way you want. Repairs are priced separately.

Every visit is photographed and kept, so wear reads as a trend and nothing is a surprise.

Kalen Yeager, our founder, for as long as you are a member. If you want something done, just tell us.
Freedom Exterior manages the outside of the home: roof, walls, glass, metalwork, gutters, drives, pool deck, outdoor kitchen, fencing and dock.

Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.

Questions
What is exterior home management?
Someone else keeping track of the outside of your house: what it needs, when, and who does it. On a membership, that is us, and you simply enjoy living there.
Do you manage the inside of the house too?
We focus on the outside of the home. When something outside needs a repair, we find it early and can take care of it for you.
Do I need to be home?
No. You will know who is coming and when, and you receive a photo report after every visit.
