A new home will never be closer to perfect than the day it is handed over. Every year after, it either stays there or slowly drifts. New-build owners start with us because it is the one time a house can be kept rather than brought back. Our members' new homes still look delivered years later.

For a new build, the plan is about keeping, not restoring: steady attention on the surfaces that show first, and whole-house visits to keep the rest even.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Do new builds need pressure washing?
A new build does not need to be brought back. It needs to be kept: every surface on a schedule from the start, so it never drifts.
When should I start?
As close to move-in as possible. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.
