Cedar plans focus on the shaded faces of the house, the porches and the glass.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Can a cedar home be pressure washed?
Cedar deserves to be kept, not blasted. On a membership it goes an even silver and stays sound for its full life.
Why is my cedar shake turning black?
Moisture and growth on the shaded side. On a membership it ages evenly instead.
