Stone and hardscape

Travertine and natural stone. Its color, its edges and its detail.

Travertine pool decks, limestone entries and cast stone columns and caps are among the most expensive surfaces on a house, and they show everything. Our members' stone keeps its warm color, its crisp edges and its carved detail for decades.

A stone rail, detail intact and surface restored
The Mediterranean, Ponte Vedra Boulevard

What you might be seeing

Gray or black on the deck

Growth settling into the pores.

Dull patches

The surface etched.

Rust, leaf or pool stains

Soaked into the stone.

Ten, twenty, thirty years from now

Stone that is kept and protected keeps its color and its carved detail instead of slowly blurring. Twenty years on, the entry still says what it said the day the house was finished.

That is the difference between a surface that looks good the day after and one that lasts. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.

What you never think about again

Off your list

It is on the schedule, every season. You never call, compare or manage anyone, and you never need to be home.

Already ready

Guests this weekend, a holiday, a listing photo. The house is already right, so there is nothing to get ready.

How membership works

The assessment

Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.

The plan

Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.

The record

Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Questions

Can gray travertine come back?

Often, yes. The stone on the Mediterranean on Ponte Vedra Boulevard came back on the first visit. Keeping it there is what the membership is for.
