Clay tile and stucco
Many Ponte Vedra homes carry barrel tile roofs and stucco walls. Both darken in our humidity. Kept on a schedule, tile keeps the color it was installed with and the walls stay bright and sealed.
Natural stone and travertine
Travertine pool decks, coquina and limestone entries are porous. They hold what lands on them. Kept and protected, they keep their color and their edges, and each season starts further ahead.

A good share of homes here are second homes. Members who are away receive a photographed report after every visit, so they always know the house is right.
