Boulevard plans give the ocean side of the house the most attention: glass, metal, wood and doors. Some oceanfront homes want more than four visits a year; Kalen sets that at the assessment.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years.
