Stone and hardscape
Pavers.Even color. Tight joints. Never relaid.
A paver drive is the first thing a guest sees and walks on. Over time it darkens unevenly, stains, sprouts weeds and shifts. Our members' pavers keep their color and stay tight, so the drive never has to be torn up and relaid.

What you might be seeing
Dark, uneven patches
Mildew and tannins in the shade.
Weeds in the joints
Joint sand washing out.
Sunken or shifting pavers
What happens when the joints go.
White haze
Salts rising out of the pavers.
Ten, twenty, thirty years from now
In ten years, a member's drive is the same color it was laid in. In twenty, it has never been relaid.
That is the difference between a surface that looks good the day after and one that lasts. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.
What you never think about again
Off your list
It is on the schedule, every season. You never call, compare or manage anyone, and you never need to be home.
Already ready
Guests this weekend, a holiday, a listing photo. The house is already right, so there is nothing to get ready.
From our work
Before
AfterHow membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Why are my pavers turning black?
Shade, leaves and moisture. On a membership they stay even and bright.
Should my pavers be sealed?
Kalen will recommend what suits your pavers at the assessment.
