A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Is my twenty-year-old house too far gone?
Rarely. Kalen will tell you what he sees at the assessment and what it can look like a year from now.
Will pressure washing fix an older house?
An established home needs more than a one-time cleaning. It needs to be brought back once and then kept, so it never slides behind again.
