Exterior home care in Deerwood.Established homes, kept right.
Deerwood's homes are established, set on lakes and the course under trees that have had decades to grow. That canopy is a large part of the beauty, and it is what wears on a house most. A Freedom Exterior membership keeps every surface of an established home right, and tells you what is coming before it arrives.
What Deerwood asks of a house
Mature canopy
Oaks and pines shade roofs and fill gutters year-round.
Lakes
Homes on the water stay damp on the water side.
Materials in their middle years
Roofs, paint and wood at an age where what happens next decides how long they last.
A membership here
For established homes, the first visit brings the house back and the schedule keeps it there. Every visit is photographed, so you know what is aging and when.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.
How membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions from Deerwood homeowners
My home is twenty or thirty years old. Is it worth starting now?
Yes. This is the age where keeping a house right decides whether its roof, paint and wood last another twenty years or need replacing.
