Freedom Exterior is not a full property management company. A fine home is a collection of fine materials, and each one needs someone paying attention to it. We are that someone for the outside of the house: every surface kept on a schedule, every visit photographed, repairs found while they are small, and our founder as your direct line. We take a limited number of homes.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
