Mediterranean homes.Tile, stucco and stone that age gracefully.

A Mediterranean home is built from materials meant to last centuries: clay tile, stucco, cast stone, iron and pavers. In our humidity, every one of them darkens, streaks and holds what lands on it. The Mediterranean on our main page was listed and sold for $19.75M in September 2026 after a full season of care. Our members' Mediterranean homes look the way the architect drew them, year after year.

What mediterranean homes face

Clay tile

The color it was installed with, every tile whole.

Stucco walls and planters

Bright and even, with no green on the north side.

Cast stone and arches

Carved detail that stays crisp.

Iron, bronze and pavers

No rust bloom, and a driveway that stays even.

A membership here

Mediterranean plans usually pair whole-house visits with attention on the roof, the stone and the entry, where the house makes its first impression.

A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

How membership works

The assessment

Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.

The plan

Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.

The record

Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Questions

Is pressure washing safe for a Mediterranean-style home?

A Mediterranean home is too valuable for a one-time cleaning. Its tile, stucco and stone deserve to be kept on a schedule, so they age gracefully instead of being brought back every few years.

Why is my Mediterranean home's tile roof turning black?

Growth that thrives in our humidity. On a membership the roof keeps its color and every tile stays whole.

Can stained stucco and stone come back?

Usually. The arch and planter walls on the Mediterranean came back on the first visit. Keeping them there is what the membership is for.
