Lakes and lagoons

Homes on the water stay damp. The water side of the house shows it first.

Oaks and pines shade roofs and drop debris year-round.

Fine materials

Tile, stucco, natural stone and bronze. Each is expensive to replace and worth keeping.

A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.

The plan

Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.

The record

Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
