Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Do you clean windows on oceanfront homes?
Yes. Oceanfront glass is where it matters most, because salt left on it etches. Our members' oceanfront glass stays clear and never etches.
Do you do window cleaning?
Exterior glass is part of every membership, along with every other surface of the house. Members keep their glass clear all year, and some add monthly glass care at the member rate.
Can salt damage my windows?
Yes. Salt and minerals left long enough etch glass permanently. Members never get there.
Can my glass be clear all the time?
Yes. Some members keep oceanside glass clear every month of the year, at the member rate.
