Northeast Florida
Golf course homes. As kept as the course they face.
A home on the course is seen from the fairway every day. It also lives with what keeps the course green: irrigation, overspray and water features. Our members' homes look as kept as the course they face, all year.
What golf course homes face
Irrigation and overspray
Marks low on walls, walks and drives. Caught early, they never set.
Water features
Homes on lagoons and lakes stay damp on the water side.
Screened living
Enclosures and pool decks facing the course stay bright.
Community standards
Members stay ahead of them instead of answering a letter.
A membership here
Plans for course homes usually center on the course side: the lanai, the enclosure, the lower walls and the pool deck.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.
How membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
