Walls

Stucco.Bright, sealed and even, every season.

Stucco is the face of many Northeast Florida homes, and it shows everything: green on the north wall, orange from the sprinklers, gray in the corners. Our members' stucco stays bright and even, and the hairline crack that matters is in the record before water ever finds it.

What you might be seeing

Green or black on shaded walls

Mildew and algae, north side first.

Orange or brown marks low on the wall

Irrigation water setting into the surface.

Hairline cracks

Where water finds its way behind the wall.

Ten, twenty, thirty years from now

Kept from the start, stucco keeps its paint and its seal far longer, and the house never has that slow gray look that makes a good home read as tired.

That is the difference between a surface that looks good the day after and one that lasts. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.

What you never think about again

Off your list

It is on the schedule, every season. You never call, compare or manage anyone, and you never need to be home.

Already ready

Guests this weekend, a holiday, a listing photo. The house is already right, so there is nothing to get ready.

How membership works

The assessment

Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.

The plan

Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.

The record

Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Questions

Why is my stucco turning green?

Shade and humidity. North walls go first. On a membership the walls stay bright year-round.

Will irrigation stains come off stucco?

Usually, and much more easily early. On a membership they never get the chance to set.
