Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Why is my brick turning green?

Is my old brick safe?
Yes. The aim is brick and mortar still sound in another century. If a surface should be left alone, we tell you.
