A historic home is made of things that cannot be bought again: old brick, coquina, clay tile, painted wood, original glass. Each year of care is a year those materials stay original. Our members' historic homes are preserved, not restored over and over.

A membership here
Historic plans lean toward more frequent, lighter visits, built around the materials actually on the house. If a surface should be left alone, we tell you.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.
How membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Will my historic materials be safe?
Yes. The aim is materials that are still original in fifty years.
Is pressure washing safe for a historic home?
Historic materials deserve more than a cleaning. They deserve to be kept on a schedule, so they are still original for the next generation. If a surface should be left alone, we tell you.
