The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

My hardware is not marine grade. Can it be saved?
Often, yes. When a piece is past saving, it goes in the record with a recommendation, before it fails.
