A membership here
Every plan is built around the house and how you live in it. Some homes are well served by four visits a year; some want more. Kalen sets it at the assessment.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Do you do window cleaning and roof cleaning for high-end homes?
Every exterior surface is part of the membership: glass, roof, walls, stone, wood and metal, roof to curb, kept on a schedule by one team.
Is pressure washing safe for a luxury home?
A luxury home is too valuable for a one-time cleaning. It deserves every surface kept on a schedule, so it lasts and is always ready.
