Modern plans usually center on the wood, the glass and the entry, with whole-house visits to keep every line clean.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.

Should a modern home be pressure washed?
A modern home needs more than a cleaning. Its ipe, white walls, glass and bronze each age their own way, and kept on a schedule they hold the crisp look they were designed for.
Why are my ipe soffits turning gray?
Sun and salt. On a membership the wood stays warm instead.
