Looking for a home concierge?For the outside of your home, this is it.
Freedom Exterior is not a full concierge service. What we do is take the outside of your home completely off your list. Many of our members are away part of the year, or simply do not want to think about the house. They receive a photographed report after every visit, text us anything they want done outside, and come home to a house that is already ready.

Home for the season, guests this weekend, a listing photo. The outside of the house is already right.
Repairs handled
Found early, approved by you, taken care of the way you want.
We care for the outside of the home: every exterior surface, and the repairs we find there. We do not offer interior, errand or lifestyle concierge services.
How membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Are you a concierge service?
Not a full one. We care for the outside of the home, completely, so it is one less thing anyone has to manage.
Do you work with second homes?
Yes. Owners who are away receive a photographed report after every visit.
Can I ask for something between visits?
Yes. Members can ask for work outside scheduled visits at the member rate.
