The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Is my pool enclosure part of the membership?
Yes. Screens, frames and the deck beneath stay bright, and the screen itself stays intact.
