Walls
Painted wood, soffits and trim.Paint that lasts. Wood that never rots.
Paint is protection, and every year it lasts is a year of wood that stays dry. Soffits and porch ceilings are usually the first place a house shows its age. Our members' painted wood stays bright, goes longer between repaints, and never gets to rot.

What you might be seeing
Green or gray soffits and porch ceilings
Mildew in the shade.
Chalky, faded trim
Sun and salt breaking the paint down.
Peeling or soft spots
Water reaching the wood.
Ten, twenty, thirty years from now
Bright paint that lasts years longer between repaints, and wood problems found while they are one board, not one wall.
That is the difference between a surface that looks good the day after and one that lasts. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.
What you never think about again
Off your list
It is on the schedule, every season. You never call, compare or manage anyone, and you never need to be home.
Already ready
Guests this weekend, a holiday, a listing photo. The house is already right, so there is nothing to get ready.
From our work
Before
AfterHow membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Why are my soffits turning green?
Shade and moisture, worst under trees. On a membership they stay bright all year.
Will my paint be harmed?
No. The aim is paint that lasts longer. Paint that is already failing is noted in your record so you can decide what to do.
