Roofs
Standing seam metal.Even color. A finish that stays whole.
A standing seam roof is built to last a generation, and its factory finish is what does the work. Our members' metal roofs keep an even color and a finish that stays whole, so the metal underneath never gets the chance to rust.

What you might be seeing
Chalky or faded panels
The finish is starting to break down.
Spots and streaks
Salt and minerals drying on the surface.
Rust at seams, edges or fasteners
Where corrosion always starts.
Ten, twenty, thirty years from now
Kept from the start, a metal roof looks the same color in year twenty as in year one, and the finish that protects it is still doing its job in year forty.
That is the difference between a surface that looks good the day after and one that lasts. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.
What you never think about again
Off your list
It is on the schedule, every season. You never call, compare or manage anyone, and you never need to be home.
Already ready
Guests this weekend, a holiday, a listing photo. The house is already right, so there is nothing to get ready.
From our work
Before
AfterHow membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions
Why is my metal roof spotting?
Salt and minerals drying on it. On a membership, the roof stays even and the finish stays intact.
Can a metal roof rust near the ocean?
Yes, where the finish is scratched or worn. Keeping the finish whole is what keeps the metal from rusting.
