Exterior home care at Atlantic Beach Country Club.Newer homes on the course, kept that way.
The homes at Atlantic Beach Country Club are newer, set on the course and its lakes a few minutes from the ocean. They are at their best now, and the way to keep them there is to start before they show anything. A Freedom Exterior membership keeps every surface of the house on a schedule.
What Atlantic Beach Country Club asks of a house
Course irrigation
Overspray marks low walls, walks and drives. Caught early, it never sets.
Lakes
Homes on the water stay damp on the water side.
Salt air
Close enough to the ocean that glass and metal feel it.
A membership here
Plans here keep a newer home right: the course side, the screened living areas, glass and drives.
A house can carry dozens of different materials on the outside, and every one of them is cared for as its own thing, roof to curb, so it looks right not just the day after a visit but in ten, twenty and thirty years. When we find something that should be repaired, we tell you while it is small, and we can take care of it for you. Repairs are priced separately from membership. How exterior home management works.

How membership works
The assessment
Kalen Yeager, our founder, walks the property with you, then assesses every surface on his own. It is complimentary.
The plan
Four Season Membership: four visits a year, one each season, built around how your house weathers. Some homes want more.
The record
Every visit is photographed and kept in one record of the house, so wear reads as a trend and repairs are caught while they are small.
Questions from Atlantic Beach Country Club homeowners
Is it too early for a newer home?
It is the right time. It is easier to keep a house right than to bring one back.
